Project Description
EU-MINDS is a European project designed to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of long-term unemployed adults who face situations of vulnerability or social exclusion. Prolonged unemployment can affect self-esteem, emotional balance, motivation, and overall wellbeing, making the job-seeking process even more challenging.
EU-MINDS responds to this need by combining research, educational guidance, and digital tools. The project brings together organisations from Hungary, Greece, Portugal, and Spain to develop accessible, evidence-based resources for both unemployed individuals and employment guidance professionals.
Through the EU-MINDS Platform, users can explore key topics related to emotional regulation, stress management, and resilience, and access practical tools to better understand and manage the psychological challenges linked to unemployment. The platform is free, confidential, and designed to be used either independently or with the support of a professional.
EU-MINDS promotes inclusion, empowerment, and equal access to mental health support, contributing to a more resilient and socially inclusive Europe.
